Petkit PURA MAX Litter Box Mat
Managing stray litter is a constant battle for any cat owner, especially when using an automatic unit. I spent two weeks testing the Petkit PURA MAX Litter Box Mat to see if it truly keeps the area around the base tidy.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality is tailored specifically for the geometry of the PURA MAX, ensuring it sits flush without obstructing the entrance. The materials are dense and designed to trap debris effectively, holding up well under daily foot traffic and paws.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setup was instantaneous; I simply laid it down in front of the unit, and it stayed put without sliding. It effectively catches the litter that falls out when my cat exits, and cleaning it is as simple as giving it a quick shake or vacuum.
This is a must-have for owners who already own a Petkit PURA MAX and want a clean, low-maintenance surrounding area.
Final Thoughts
This mat is a well-thought-out addition that earns its 4.4/5 rating by solving a specific mess problem. If you are already invested in the PURA MAX system, the $49.00 cost is a reasonable price to pay for a cleaner home.
